The pool was spotless, with not a single leaf in the water despite all the surrounding nature, so the upkeep seems rigorous. The upper-floor rooms have a cinematic mountain view, while the ground-floor rooms are close to the pool and easier to access. The pool itself is inviting, too. Pousada Estrela D’Alva is just a few blocks’ walk from Pirenópolis’s historic center, on a quiet street where we could sleep without the bustle of downtown and enjoy the area’s natural beauty. Our room was cozy and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed, fresh-smelling linens, inverter air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom. The manager gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, and Wlad was the standout: attentive, helpful, full of good tips, and clearly keen to make sure guests have a great stay. It was an unforgettable visit. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

People complaining don’t know what they’re talking about. This is a great place. The owner treated us really well, always smiling and happy to help. I’d definitely come back.

It’s a peaceful, pleasant spot for a break, with the center nearby. The rooms are comfortable, the outdoor area is well looked after, and the service is very attentive. A great place to unwind after exploring the city. I’ll definitely return to Pousada Estrela Dalva.

We were treated badly from the moment we arrived until we left, and the service was awful, so we cut our stay short. The staff acted as if they were doing us a favor. Also, the rooms didn’t have TVs, even though the site said they would. Don’t rely on the Booking rating, it doesn’t reflect the place. I’d look elsewhere.
