Pousada Nobre Vista

The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had plenty of variety, and the location made it easy to reach the main places in the area. Everything felt clean, organized, and cozy. Our room was comfortable and well cared for, so we slept really well. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. Recommended if you’re after a quiet, comfortable place with good service.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and this pousada has won our hearts. Our family had wonderful days, and we felt so well looked after. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. We highly recommend it. 💛

The shared areas were well cared for, but the rooms were disgusting. There were cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere, a filthy toilet, stained sheets and towels so threadbare they were see-through, and brown grime in the bathroom corners. We first came about four years ago, and that visit seemed so pleasant that I spent days searching for the place because I couldn’t remember its name and wanted to return. This time, after we complained, the owner moved us to a larger, supposedly better room, but it was just as dirty and run-down. The bathroom fixture had electrical tape around it, and the sink drain was flooding the room. It was just as filthy, with spiders and webs everywhere. The owner said they couldn’t keep up with cleaning because of the high seasonal traffic. I wish they’d said that before we booked. We paid 1,500 for four days but stayed only one night and asked for a proportional refund. The owner wanted to return only 750 reais, saying Friday costs more, even though when we booked they told us it was a four-day package. They were extremely rude. The owner even told me about a recent Airbnb trip where the place was so dirty she had to clean it herself, as if I should have cleaned our room and stayed there. We were so disappointed. I really don’t recommend it. It was genuinely filthy, and I left the photos I took during our stay to show the owner. I also noticed others have reported the same issue here, but it still hasn’t been taken into account.

A special touch was the pitaia the owner kindly gave us by the pool. The macaws that pass through and use the property as a route give you a glimpse of how beautiful and peaceful the place is. Pousada Nobre Vista feels like a home because the whole family works there, and you can feel that care in the details. The owner makes the wonderful breakfast on site with a lot of care. It has a warm, welcoming feel, with people looking after people. A lovely experience that touches the heart, especially if you value personal service, simple comforts, quiet, peace, and being present.
