This place is very basic, and the price doesn't match what's offered. There's no reception support or security at night, and guests are responsible for opening and closing the parking gate. The parking entrance leads straight to the hall outside all the rooms, which made the setup feel even less secure. Some ground-floor room windows face the passageway, so opening them means losing privacy. The air conditioning has no ventilation and felt impractical and unhealthy. Opening the window while anyone might be walking through the open hall is another concern the owner should address. The world isn't as safe as the business seems to assume. Once I understood the situation, I didn't stay for a second night. If the place doesn't value guests' safety, I have to look after my family's well-being. There were lots of ants in the room, only one trash bin in the bathroom, and the bathroom was small. The room had a folding wooden chair and two narrow shelves, which made it cramped and uncomfortable with a child, even though we'd mentioned the child in advance. The bedding was only for adults, as if a child didn't count as a person. There was too little furniture for basic comfort, and no headboard, which also made it hard to manage with a child who needed support. Towels and sheets weren't replaced in the morning, and no change was offered. The shower needs maintenance to get more water flowing. Breakfast was very basic for the room rate, and it only runs from 8 to 9:30 a.m. That's another drawback if you want to leave early for the waterfalls or to see the city. I wouldn't recommend it even to someone traveling alone without kids. For a little more, you can find somewhere more comfortable, safer, and closer to the center.
