For what this stay costs, the value is very poor. I've stayed at smaller, simpler inns that served a much better breakfast and offered better service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting quality to match the price. Breakfast was particularly weak for this standard and rate: little variety, slow or insufficient replenishment, and an obvious lack of care. The team didn't seem well prepared or friendly. One waitress with colored hair smelled bad, which was unhygienic, and the employee making tapioca seemed completely uninterested in serving guests. Dinner was nearly the same for two nights in a row: flank steak that was very fatty, bland, and carelessly prepared. It felt like they were cutting corners on basic things that should matter when guests are paying this much.

The bar snacks and à la carte lunch were very good, and the prices felt fair rather than inflated for the convenience. The drinks were good and the beer was always cold, though there could be more juice choices for children. The pool areas, bar, café, and restaurant are all great, and the hotel's infrastructure is excellent compared with other options in the region. The accommodations seem fairly new, with plenty of room to make even better use of the potential here. The biggest practical issue for us was the Wi-Fi. It needs a major capacity upgrade soon, especially since 4G and 5G reception also kept fluctuating during our stay. The breakfast was another weak point for the price and the overall standard. Some days the bread was stale, the cheese bread was bland, and the tapioca station felt chaotic because the employee was overloaded. Bringing in some of what Divino Café offers might make breakfast more memorable. Staff were generally great, and the cleaning teams clearly work hard to keep things tidy. During peak occupancy, though, employees seemed stretched and stressed, which made some interactions with guests feel sharp. More staff, especially at breakfast, could help. In the rooms, please check under the beds. We found a lot of dust there, which can be a problem for people with allergies. A mini water park for kids would be a good investment. Given the location and facilities, it could make this an unbeatable family destination in the region. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I recommend it.
