The staff were wonderful, and their hospitality and welcome made a big impression on me. The hotel is clean and well maintained, though it could use some renovations. I didn't care for the spring mattress, but it didn't spoil the stay. The shower was good, while the food could have been more "mineiro." Our room was noisy from the street, and the windows didn't block the sound well.

This older hotel has an elegant feel, with beautiful marble and furnishings. It's very clean and well located. The street was noisy at first, but quieted down by 11. Breakfast was excellent, and it was great value overall.

I've been here for the last 4 weeks and would stay again. The room is very spacious, clean, and well ventilated. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly. The restaurant is buffet style with plenty of choices, and the bar is adequate. I'd recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a great location and good service. The restaurants, pub, and drivers were good too.

The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean. They're outdated, with a vintage feel, but the place offers good value for the money.
