10/10
The breakfast was a highlight, with six kinds of fresh juice, local dishes, cakes, and good coffee. I came from the US for four days in Ponta Grossa, and the stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean and fresh, and I had no internet issues. The staff did everything they could to meet my requests. This place is awesome!

It seems like a pretty nice place, but getting online is a hassle. Why do I have to register and log in again after already using a password?

8/10
The city view was good, and the hotel was easy to find. My room was clean and things were generally well organized. The dim lighting throughout and the rather gloomy atmosphere were my only complaints.

6/10
The rooms were clean and fresh, and the staff were nice. The hotel itself is good, but the Wi-Fi is unbelievably bad, especially for someone staying for work. In 2019, a hotel should have a decent connection.

The atmosphere is great, the staff are good, and the accommodation is excellent. A good hotel.
