França Palace Hotel

The hotel is expensive and very noisy, especially because the staff make so much noise. The air conditioner kept clicking all night, and there was a really strong cockroach smell.

The floor was coming loose and the sink was falling apart. On top of that, the air conditioner made such a horrible noise that I couldn't sleep all night. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Just awful.

The breakfast was fairly good, though nothing special. The rooms have no ventilation, and the windows open onto the corridor with no privacy. The bathroom was poorly laid out and moldy. They simply don't offer laundry service. The hotel also seems to attract a questionable crowd, if you know what I mean.

Breakfast was poor and carelessly handled. Flies were sitting on the food, and the cramped breakfast room had very few choices. The night receptionist was sarcastic, tossed the key onto the counter, and didn't even ask whether I needed a blanket. They put me in a terrible room, either 242 or 245, I can't remember which. It had an awful smell like a dead body. They said the headboard was the cause, but it was rotten and needed replacing. The air conditioner worked well and the bathroom was okay. This is a one-night hotel if you're not picky. Otherwise, I'd suggest going somewhere else.
