A nice hotel.

Good evening. The hotel may be simple, but being dirty is not okay. I booked a room and found the air conditioning broken and the bathroom dirty. When I told the woman, she suggested changing rooms, but that room also had no minibar. I asked if one could be provided, and parking for the car also costs extra, separate from the room price.

The photos don’t match what the hotel delivers, and the price is far too high for what you get. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms poorly cleaned, and the shower stall was filthy. The towels were dingy, stiff, and smelled musty. There’s no breakfast either. At check-in on Tuesday night, a man at reception was polite and attentive. The trouble began Wednesday night with the employee on duty. She was very rude and seemed unwilling to help. We asked her to heat water for chimarrão, but she said she had no time because the hotel was full and couldn’t leave to heat it. On Thursday night we had another problem with the same employee, who again seemed unwilling to assist guests. We asked for two towels because none had been left in our room. She said her colleague had put them there and that she had no towels to give us. Terrible service.
