I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Service was horrible: check-in took an extremely long time, and requests for extra pillows or towels took ages, often requiring more than one reminder. The room key also stopped working every 24 hours and had to be reset. There are 17 floors, yet there always seemed to be one broken elevator. The toilets didn’t work properly either.

The views were nice, and it’s a reliable, relatively low-cost option with a good location in Porto Alegre for a vacation. The room had a metal grate on the window that screamed whenever the wind passed through. I couldn’t figure out the TV, and because the people I was traveling with took the queen bed, I had to sleep on the sofa bed. The shower is dated but dependable. It’s a good hotel, though there are better ones.

A real rip-off. The service was poor, the plumbing horrible, and the elevators were broken. The streets were dirty too.

The rooftop gym and pool are amazing, and the location is great. The room was good and breakfast was good too. But if you’re an English-speaking traveler, be careful: they told me one price for the whole stay I booked online, then charged me that amount per night. They don’t speak languages other than Portuguese. Also, if you’re over 6 feet tall, the single beds may be too short. I’m under 6 feet and my feet still hung over.

The rooms and service were okay, and if you skip the restaurant you can have a pretty good stay. I waited 1.5 hours for a terrible meal: cold, tasteless broccoli, extremely salty chicken, and a bland sauce that had split. The beds are also a bit short. I’m 1.80 m tall and my feet stuck out.
