Loft Em Frente Da Redenção 609

I stayed for a week in early November and liked the location. The apartment was comfortable, but the internet never worked for that whole week. I contacted them on the first day to get it fixed and nothing happened. Internet is essential when you're traveling, so I had to spend money on roaming data packs. That part was really disappointing.

The place was clean and basically equipped, though nothing special, not even something like an air freshener. The bigger problem was the check-in instructions. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but five minutes before then I got a message saying cleaning was running late. I was already waiting at the gate with no directions on how to get in, and I couldn't even pull the car into the garage while I waited. Once the cleaning delay was over, I finally got some access details. Nobody had told me the car needed to be registered; security only mentioned it when I arrived, so I had to do the registration from inside the car to get in. All that confusion cost me 45 minutes. Clear instructions beforehand would have prevented it.

We left after just an hour. The condition of the place and the way we were treated were unacceptable, and nobody offered a solution. Staff communicated by WhatsApp, where they were unfriendly, condescending, and completely unhelpful. We asked for blankets, pillows, and sheets for the sofa bed, but they refused and told us to sleep on it without any bedding. We had booked for three, but the room was set up for only two. It was filthy, with hair in the sink, old beer cans on a shelf, dirt on the floor, and a terrible smell from the drain. Check-in was a disaster too: the door code didn't work, and we waited outside for 45 minutes, asking several times before we could get into the room. This was the worst hotel stay we've ever had. Even one star feels too generous. Never again, absolutely not recommended.

A terrible experience. I paid in advance, but when I got there I couldn't stay and lost my money. They ask you to send documents through an app that doesn't work. It feels like a scam. Be careful and avoid them.
