The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, which made a real difference. The apartment, though, needs a thorough renovation and an update to its facilities. Manhattan Apart Hotel is very conveniently placed in Porto Alegre, next to major hospitals, UFRGS University, and Parque da Redenção.

Getting in is very easy with facial recognition, and Araujo Viana is practically next door, which is handy if that’s where you’re going. I’d only stay here for a night at most, though. There was a lot of noise from construction next door, and room 406 was in poor shape, with what looked like near-fire marks around the shower.

I always come back because I like this Apart hotel. The service is good, and the room is clean and comfortable. For me, it’s excellent value.

Apartment 702 was huge and had everything we needed. Some of the furniture is a little old, but it didn’t change my rating. The location was great, and I have no complaints.
