4/10
I booked three rooms for my parents and me. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and in room 306 the toilet leaked water and there was no blackout curtain. The AC in room 304 wasn’t working either. All the rooms we booked had very old, low-quality TVs. Breakfast was very nice, as were the staff.

The staff were amazing, and breakfast was good. My room was cozy, with great lighting.

6/10
The rooms are okay and the neighborhood feels safe. Breakfast is very good, but it’s only an okay hotel overall. I can’t excuse the lack of laundry facilities.

10/10
The reception staff were extremely helpful and willing to find a solution in any situation. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, with plenty of options and fresh juices. The hotel’s location makes it easy to get to most parts of the city, and sauna, gym, and pool access is free. The rooms are more like apartments for their size. Mine could use renovation, but there wasn’t anything in particular to complain about.

The rooms seem to have had some updates, but the towels are paper thin and the shower was dirty. The pool, gym, and sauna are definitely closed, and Accor never mentions that during booking. Customer service was very poor from check-in through checkout.
