Di-Mare Flat Premium Porto de Galinhas

The location was great, and the security team at the entrance were really friendly. The apartment itself was in a deplorable state, though, and I had use of the pool for only 8 days out of my 14 day stay. They charged around 150 reais for clean sheets and towels. The room was damp, the doors wouldn’t close, and when I reported it, all I got was, “I’ll pass it on to maintenance.” I raised the cleaning issue too. On the 7th day I asked if someone could come, and they finally “cleaned” it about 5 or 6 days later. There’s a number on the website that connects you to someone who takes no responsibility, then you get sent to reception. When you ask questions or complain, they say it isn’t their responsibility. 😏 I’ve been to Porto de Galinhas three times, and this was the worst place I’ve stayed, even though it wasn’t the cheapest.

The flat and the view were lovely, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We felt at home from start to finish. It’s right in the heart of Porto de Galinhas, across from the natural pools, so everything is easy to reach on foot. The flat was spotless, comfortable, organized, and well equipped. We also got attentive service and plenty of support from our very first contact. We had a wonderful stay at Di Maré Porto de Galinhas and would happily return. For apartment 403, ask for Fátima. The flat was impeccable, and her service was a 10 out of 10.

We were three people on a family trip and loved the place. Room 207, rented from Micheline at @seulugarnapraiape, was just like the photos and everything was new. It had plenty of utensils, dishes, and bedding. Parking is very tight, but still better than leaving the car in the little square. There’s also a great leisure area on the top floor.
