The flat had good equipment, though it’s a little far from the center. The condo management company let things down, and it took me two hours to get into the apartment.

I loved the place, but the sauna wasn’t working. Then, on my last day, the elevator stopped working too.

I’m staying here right now, and I’m really disappointed. I came with my daughter, who’s almost two, and the room doesn’t feel suitable or safe for her. There were exposed wires at an outlet, water leaked from the shower enclosure all over the bathroom, and one side of the glass door to the room’s private pool wouldn’t lock. The blackout curtain we were told would be there was missing, so resting has been impossible. The sun comes up before 5, and by 7 the room is unbearably bright. I contacted Carpediem to get these things fixed, but their work made matters worse. The outlet is still dangerous, they didn’t put up the curtain, and the silicone they used in the bathroom will probably leak again soon. Now even the side of the door that used to lock won’t lock, after they tried to fix it and did it wrong. The hotel is also beside a busy, noisy highway, which makes it a terrible place to rest.

We stayed at Flat7. We couldn’t get an earlier check-in, but the owner inn, Porto Garden, let us use its facilities until our room was ready. The flat was functional for our needs, since we only wanted somewhere to rest, but it was neglected and the price didn’t match what we got. Some furniture was scuffed and torn, the bed had stains, and the curtains were ripped and coming down. Basic things like a trash bag, detergent, and a sponge were missing, and we found dirty pans put away in the cupboards.
