Laguna Beach - New Time

One thing that should be mentioned, even though it isn't directly the hotel's fault, is the very strong and unpleasant smell in the surrounding area. The old, extremely noisy air conditioner also broke, leaving us hot and unable to sleep for a whole night. For the price, there are better and even cheaper options in town. Don't be taken in by the pool photos. I don't recommend it. The hotel itself is organized and looks pleasant. It needs some maintenance, but nothing that completely ruins the stay. The pool area and breakfast, which seems to be outsourced, were reasonable, and the staff were attentive and willing to help. The management company was poor at responding to guest requests. The room's sofa bed was in terrible shape for sleeping, so I asked for an extra pillow to make it more bearable. They said none were available. After I kept asking, they replaced the sofa and added pillows, but didn't tell us they'd done it. Sheets and towels are changed only every three nights, and only if guests request it. On the day they were changed, they forgot one sheet. When I asked reception, I was told there wasn't another one, so my daughter had to sleep without a sheet.

The room was in awful condition, with a torn sofa and grimy walls, nothing like the advertising. The neighbor next door played loud music on the balcony, and the street was terrible, with nowhere to park. I'm completely disappointed 😥. Such a lack of respect for customers.

Apartment 218 was comfortable, cozy, and well equipped, with good value for money. The area was very quiet, great for resting and switching off with family or friends. The pool is lovely, with a great feel for relaxing and enjoying yourself. The restaurant stays lively, and its music makes the atmosphere pleasant both day and night. Sem duvida, we had a very positive experience.

The location was great, but room 416 was in terrible shape. There were cockroaches everywhere, the mirror was broken, and the shower and air conditioning didn't work. The sofa was uncomfortable too. My wife and I were on our honeymoon, but the bed was two single beds pushed together and was unbelievably uncomfortable. We went home with back pain and hadn't slept well. Breakfast had few choices, and the cake had that "stringy mold". The city is wonderful, so they didn't completely ruin our honeymoon.
