From the moment we arrived until we left, the whole team treated us warmly. The place had a real grandma’s-house feeling, and it’s one of the best inns I’ve stayed at. We came to Porto de Galinhas to celebrate my sister’s 15th birthday. A special thanks to the whole team, especially William, for giving her a lovely surprise. We loved it. The food, pool, prices, and location were all very good and exceeded what we expected. The veranda with a beach view was especially comfortable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning to visit this beautiful city.

I’m 60 and travel with my husband. We love traveling, and I’ve never stayed anywhere this bad. To save time, I agree with all the comments below. I do NOT recommend it. A staff member gave me the owners’ contact details even though I hadn’t complained or asked, almost like an SOS. The stay was bad enough, but the owner’s reply was worse. She was blunt: “Want luxury? I have a resort for you. This place is for people who can’t afford somewhere better.” There was a cockroach in the breakfast buffet area, and beer cost $13.00 in the room or $25.00 by the pool. Apparently, if you want beer at the pool, that’s the price. I had left a resort and planned to spend two days in Vila de Porto de Galinhas to enjoy the lively atmosphere, food, beaches, and beach kiosks. The room rate wasn’t the issue. What bothered me was what I felt I’d wasted. I didn’t stay in this dump because I couldn’t afford somewhere else. I chose it for the wonderful location. Someone should save this place and some of its staff. They deserve somewhere better, too.

Sarah was a great host, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The inn also has direct access to Porto de Galinhas's natural pools, a beautiful natural paradise. Ten out of ten! Everything was excellent, and I highly recommend it.
