Pousada Farol do Porto

Really great.

The location was the only thing I liked. The room was unhealthy and moldy, with no wardrobe or other place to put clothes. The walls were cracked, the bedding was old, and the pillowcase smelled bad and had mold on it. There was even a rusty nail in the bathroom. The hotel photos didn't match what we found, and the breakfast fruit was sour with very few other options. I felt like turning around as soon as we arrived, but I'd already paid a ridiculous price through Booking for what was offered. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I won't stay there again.

The breakfast wasn't appealing, and the menu was the same every day. The location is quite central, but the accommodations are awful.

There are better, more welcoming inns at good prices, so look around before booking here. I can't recommend this place at all. The owner was rude and practically chased us out during breakfast. Breakfast itself was just cake and bread. Nobody cleaned our room during the three days we stayed. Then, before checkout time, he wanted us to hand over the key even though it wasn't time to leave yet.
