The reception service was awful. The man there seemed to have no interest in working, and there was no respect for guests during our 10 days. We only stayed because it was part of our Cvc Viagens package, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The sheets and towels were grimy, and the mattress was moldy and filthy. Rain came into the room and soaked the clothes in our suitcases. The pool wasn’t cleaned on any of the days, and the water was already yellow.

We spent six days at Pousada Suítes de Porto and had a good stay. It’s a simple but very welcoming place, quiet, clean, and organized, with WiFi and air conditioning. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and tasty. I loved the bolo de rolo. The location is a strong point: it’s close to a beautiful, uncrowded beach, and only a few minutes’ walk from the center of Porto de Galinhas, with its restaurants and shops. It worked well for relaxing after days spent on the beach and out on excursions. One thing that could be better is the room cleaning, which has to happen while a guest is present. Mornings didn’t work for us because we had excursions, and in the afternoons we came back exhausted. It wasn’t a major problem, but the arrangement could be improved.

The lack of hygiene and organization made our five-day holiday in Porto de Galinhas miserable. Staying at this inn was depressing, a fraud, and disrespectful to guests. I don’t understand why CVC Viagens includes it in its offerings. I won’t post the photos I took: the room and bathroom were filthy, and the courtyard had tall grass and was dark, with no lighting at night.

On 20/01/2026, my husband and I returned from the street and realized we’d lost our room key. We went to reception, explained what happened, and offered to pay for a replacement. When I asked for a spare, they said there wasn’t one. After speaking to the owner by phone, the employee told us to call a locksmith. I felt abandoned and didn’t know what to do. My husband is elderly and needed to take his medicine and sleep. The inn offered no solution, and we were stuck from 21:00 until 23:20. I couldn’t take it anymore and forced the door open. I’m very upset. I’ve never been through anything like this.

We had to keep complaining to CVC about this inn. It was the worst part of the trip, and it’s infuriating to pay so much for such a disappointing stay. The apartments were cramped, and the one I had came with just one outlet in each area: the bedroom, bathroom, and minibar space. If you’re sharing the room, you have to take turns using the bedroom outlet. The walls were dirty, the air conditioner was grimy even though it cooled well, and the TV simply didn’t work. It was just wall decor. The toilet paper was awful, and the wardrobe doors stuck. The breakfast area smelled strongly of cat feces, which wasn’t surprising with so many cats nearby. There wasn’t much variety in the food, it seemed like they served leftovers from the day before, and the coffee had no taste. Housekeeping also had to be done with a guest present. I understand the idea might be to protect the inn and its guests, but they should offer more appointment times. It gets in the way when you’re out enjoying the beaches. Most of the reception staff seemed clueless and didn’t even try to help. Only one man, with gray hair and a cap, was kind and attentive. The others couldn’t get us a blanket, explain why the TV wouldn’t turn on, or find an extension cord. I wouldn’t choose this place again. It’s near the beach, but that’s the deserted part, far from the center and other attractions. It might make sense if you have a car. I didn’t see any parking. Don’t stay here if you want to avoid a frustrating visit to Porto de Galinhas.
