The hotel may be great and has plenty of good reviews, but travelers from Europe should be careful. After we booked, we ran into credit card problems and chose another hotel. We were told again that the card wasn’t working, so we asked the hotel to check its payment page. The next thing that happened was that the booking was canceled. We’ve now spent about 2-3 weeks dealing with complaints about a large number of Uber charges and had to block the cards.

That whole stay felt unreal, like being in The White Lotus: Brazil. The service, facilities, and atmosphere were incredible. Best vacation of my life, wow. I can't recommend it enough.

The staff were fantastic and went beyond what we expected, and both the included breakfast and the extra cost meals were excellent. The TV channels were great and the Wi-Fi worked well. I’d happily return with my family. I’m picky, but this place exceeded my expectations and earned five stars from me. The grounds are very well maintained, with lush nature around and quiet, cozy rooms. My one concern was a patch of slime on a swimming pool wall. It was easy to miss, but the pool could use a little more attention when cleaning. I also wished they had bicycles for adults and children. Congratulations on a lovely stay.

The food and service were good, and the place itself is beautiful with nice rooms. The Wi-Fi is a real disaster, though, so don't count on having reliable internet.
