The location and facilities were beautiful, and the place had such an intimate, welcoming feel. It really felt like a home away from home, with lovely people and thoughtful details everywhere. The customer service was incredible, especially Laura, who made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were extremely professional, and the restaurant was spectacular. I had a coffee ice cream dessert that was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Congratulations!

The sea view from our private rooftop pool made it our favorite spot at the end of the day. The suite was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and smelled well cared for. It had a beautiful stone bathroom, a lovely bed, and a relaxing shower. Just a few steps away, the beach had calm, clear water and a rare sense of peace. The people made Zai Patacho feel special. Emerson welcomed us at reception, Theo made drinks by the pool, and Gi gave us a warm good morning at breakfast. The restaurant team was lovely in the evenings, and the whole staff were attentive as we moved between our room, the restaurant, and the beach. They were present without hovering, with genuine smiles and care for the small things. Every interaction felt kind and human, more like being welcomed as a guest than treated as a hotel customer. The quiet, garden, decor, and welcoming atmosphere helped us slow down from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, and we also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant several times, always impressed by the quality and care. They put on some events too, and we loved the dinner on violin night. We left feeling we’d had something truly special, made by people who clearly enjoy their work. We’ll definitely return 💙
