The staff seemed willing to help, but the room I stayed in needs work, especially the cleanliness, mattresses, and bathroom. It’s a simple pousada, and the price is close to better options, so I don’t think it’s worth it.

I stayed there twice and recommended it to several motorcycle friends. It was good value, even though there’s no garage. On my last stay, in out/21, I left my phone charger behind. I contacted them the next day and was told to send someone to pick it up. My friend went there four times, but the charger was never there. It’s not about the money, it’s about ethics. Today I sent a polite message asking about it and included my friend’s audio as proof of what he’d been told. She replied rudely and arrogantly, saying the charger had been picked up and calling my friend a liar. Why should I believe someone I don’t know over a friend I’ve known for years, who does a lot of social work helping people? After I talked about this in motorcycle groups, another story came up that same day: someone was supposed to get R$30 in change back and didn’t.

The place felt very family-friendly, and it was exceptionally clean. Everyone was so kind and attentive. My family and I had a great time this weekend, and when we’re back in Resende, we’ll look for this pousada again. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy, family-style place.

A simple pousada, with friendly service and good value. I had a basic individual room without its own bathroom. It had a double bonnel spring mattress, two pillows, a rack, a small TV, a chair, and a fan. There are more fully equipped room options too. They provided a clean towel and toilet paper. The price was 70 reais.
