The hotel is large, and some of the shared areas look nice, but cleanliness was nowhere to be found. The bathroom was filthy, with the impression it had never been washed. The bedding was poor, and there was just one lousy towel for two people. I’d have paid more for a clean room. The receptionist was very polite, but we arrived late and tired, felt let down, and didn’t even have the energy to complain. We just slept and left. Offering a room that dirty and neglected is no way to treat a customer.

I was there for three workdays and found a spider in the room each day. Huge webs made it obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom walls around the shower were dirty, there was no shower enclosure, and the drain was clogged so the water didn’t run off properly. The air conditioning was weak, though at least it worked. Breakfast was poor, too. The attentive staff were the one saving grace, but I wouldn’t stay there again. One of the worst hotels I’ve been to.
