The staff are super friendly, and the location and customer service are excellent. Breakfast is good and the facilities are clean. The rooms feel a bit dated and need a few small repairs, but it’s good value for money if you’re staying in the north zone of Sao Paulo.

The hotel is easy to reach by highway, which worked for me since I was there just for quick work visits. The rooms are a good size, with air conditioning, large beds, and windows that keep insects out. The food is very simple and really weak, so it’s better to eat outside the hotel. The fridge was almost empty. It’s not the best area for walking around.

The room was very clean and new, though a bit small. The shower had great water pressure, but the toilet pressure was poor, and the sink is terrible, one of the worst examples of form over function. The beds are HARD, like futons without support springs. Breakfast is included, and room service is reasonably priced, though the minibar is expensive. The hotel is near the mall and subway, but also close to the airport, so you can hear jets taking off and landing.

It’s a very new hotel, in a great spot about 700 meters from the subway. The only issue is the noise. I can hear everything happening on the street.
