The curtains in our room didn't cover the whole window or close properly, so by 5 am the room was already bright. That made it hard to rest and affected our sleep. The towel situation was the worst part of the stay. At check-in, nobody explained that towels are changed only every two days. We followed what seemed like the usual hotel practice and left them on the floor each day to ask for fresh ones. Only on our last day did we find out what had happened: instead of explaining the policy or telling us what to do, the staff took the dirty towels and put them back in the bathroom as if they were clean, without saying anything. I told the manager, who apologized, but by then the damage was done and the experience had already left a horrible impression. When we raised it with the staff, they even tried to put the blame on us for not noticing sooner. How could we tell, when the room looked clean and the towels seemed fresh? This was absurd, unethical, and completely unacceptable from a place that should care about basic hygiene and be transparent with guests. We got no proper information when we arrived, and the service was deplorable. A terrible stay from beginning to end. I can't recommend it at all.

The pool area was spotless and had umbrellas, tables, loungers, and a shower. The rooms were practical, the beds comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Housekeeping came along the corridors every day, and cleaning was skipped only when we said we didn't need it. One of the women was especially sweet, though I can't remember her name. This was my second stay, and I liked the place even more after the renovation. The whole team was wonderful, from maintenance and housekeeping to breakfast and reception. The reception guys were always attentive and helpful. My husband and I felt comfortable here, and we were never treated differently from other couples. Breakfast was pleasant and varied, and the staff kept things stocked without needing to be asked. Some people will always complain that there aren't enough options. They're used to making breakfast at home and still find something to grumble about. We have no complaints.

We were a little concerned when the water smelled metallic while we were staying there. We don't know if it was something about the local water, but it didn't harm our health. The hotel looked recently renovated, and our room had a new bed. It suited us very well, with a good location and good value for the price.
