Apartment 17 was in a really bad state. There was a bad smell in the bedroom, the bedding looked dirty, and there was no microwave even though one had been promised. I knew the place would be basic for the price, but it lacked cleanliness and agreed-upon items. Parking was on the street.

The mattresses could be better. The ones there are low density and you sink into them. Since the area is close to native vegetation, they should also consider pest control for the little mosquitoes, or travelers should bring repellent, especially with children. Still, I recommend the place, including for anyone going to Carnaporto at Arena Axé Moi, since it's nearby.

I've stayed at this lovely condo twice now over New Year's, and I'd happily come back. You can walk to the beach, market, restaurants, and pretty much everything. The apartment was very comfortable, with spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen could use a few more utensils, like a small pot for making coffee, but otherwise it was all great. Congratulations 💚

The price was wonderful, and I was very happy with the accommodation. It's well located and really quiet, which is great if you don't like a lot of commotion. I definitely recommend it.
