The beach club was the highlight for me. It's beautiful, well equipped, and made it easy to have a great time. The staff throughout were kind, energetic, and professional, and the drinks were good too. The hotel itself is much simpler. Food is plentiful, but pretty underwhelming, and the desserts disappointed. I know feeding so many guests all day with unlimited food is a challenge, but it still stood out. At the hotel bar, one bartender seemed to be handling a huge queue, while the beach club had plenty of people serving. There were also extra charges for towels, a misplaced key, and using some beach club recreation equipment, which felt odd for an all-inclusive stay. It's not quite what I picture as a resort, but it's a decent lower priced all-inclusive option, especially for a big family wanting an easy vacation. If you can spend more, there may be better choices nearby.

A dated hotel, and I was very disappointed. “All we can give you is inclusive” would be a more fitting name than “All Inclusive.”
