It was an okay place, and the location was good, but the whole property needs updating. The lamps looked like they were from the 80s, and the bed stereo from the 70s. The air conditioning was too loud for sleeping, and the brown water left stains when I rinsed clothes. It felt like cutting costs mattered more than making guests comfortable. I probably shouldn’t complain, since I got a free upgrade here after my holiday house was overbooked. I didn’t see those rooms, though, and this hotel’s asking price is about 30% higher than what I paid. After three days, I would’ve liked a clean towel.

The front desk was always available, and the location is convenient, close to the main avenue and ferry. Still, the price felt far too high for what we found. The place itself was disappointing. The water left the bathroom fixtures badly stained, and there was at least a centimeter of dust on the air conditioner filters. The pool was tiny and nowhere near as inviting as it looked in the photos. The breakfast fruit was covered in flies.
