Sued'S Plaza Hotel

I booked eight nights and brought my family here ten days before Christina’s because I knew it would get crowded afterward. With two small kids, I didn’t want somewhere loud or packed. The hotel had good reviews for families, so I expected a quiet break. When we arrived, I asked for just one thing: a quiet room where the kids could sleep. Things were fine until the last night, when the hotel group rented out its beach club across the road for a birthday party. They let the party start after 11 PM, and it went on all night. The band’s drums sounded like they were inside my room. I filmed it to show how loud it was. The front desk said they had no control over the club, even though it belonged to the group. I called the beach club, and someone said they’d turn the volume down. It was quieter for only ten minutes, then got loud again. I called the police, but they came and did nothing. In the end I packed up my things and the kids and drove home, a seven-hour trip, without sleep. That was dangerous, and I would never have done it if staying had not become unbearable. Other guests were waiting in the lobby too, hoping the party would end so they could go to bed. More than 70% of the hotel’s guests are families, and they’ve ruined their reputation so stupidly. I hope the rental money was worth it. I’d never come back, and I’m sure the other guests feel the same. I travel a lot and had never written a bad review before, not even after sleeping in a hotel bed with a hole in the mattress. But I couldn’t let this go without warning other families. This hotel showed no respect for its guests or their kids and put my family through a lot of stress and frustration. If you want a quiet, restful stay with your family, stay away.

The location is great, but the beer and other drinks brought the experience down for me. They could offer better brands, and customers could surely afford them. It wasn’t a cheap event, yet the drinks were cheap. I used to recommend Sueds Beach Inclusive, but after my last visit, I wouldn’t.

The beach is just across the street, and it’s the nicest one you could hope to visit. I love this place and can’t say enough good things about it.

Rain doesn’t have to spoil a vacation here, since there are a couple of indoor activities too. It’s a great place to enjoy a trip :D
