I stayed in this condominium through Airbnb, and the experience got off to a very bad start. I had an issue and needed to reach the property owner, so I asked the morning shift employee at reception, near the camera area, for contact details. She said she couldn’t help, in an unprofessional, mocking tone. When I asked for the owner’s number, she gave me a completely wrong one, including the wrong area code. She didn’t have to lend me her phone, but some empathy and basic willingness to help would have gone a long way. I had to go down to the beach to try to make the call, and when I found the number didn’t exist, I came back and asked again. She treated me badly again, though this time I did get the correct number. I thought that would be the end of it, but at 3 a.m. someone called the apartment asking about a person who had entered the property, even though the owner already knew what was going on. A call at that hour is completely unacceptable. Later, I got another call asking about an alleged leak and citing complaints, again without anyone properly checking what had happened. The whole experience was unpleasant and exhausting, with a lack of professionalism and organization. I’ll never return.

Really good condominium, but it needs more elevators. There are only two, one for residents and one for service, in a 27-story tower. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Excellent condominium, right by the beach, with an ocean view. The staff are extremely polite, and shops are nearby, so there’s no need to take the car out of the garage.

They registered all of us as soon as we arrived and explained the rules for our stay. We were given identification wristbands like the ones used at inns and hotels all over Brazil. If we came back late without the TAG, the doorman could tell from our wristbands that we were guests. I’d give this building five stars for its attention to security. There are several elderly residents, and we visitors staying as guests can make them feel less secure. Visitors were allowed to use the pool, which surprised us since pools in beach condominiums and in Brazil generally are almost always off-limits to visitors. We didn’t use it out of consideration, though. It was packed, like “PISCINÃO DE RAMOS,” with guests from other apartments and residents, making an unnecessary crowd during COVID19. The condominium’s rules and care for security exceeded my expectations. We’ll definitely be back.
