The hotel is right next to a mall, and the location is great. My room was clean, with bright white sheets, and breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The staff are great and very helpful. It’s a basic hotel in a great location, though some rooms are good and others aren’t, so it seems to come down to luck.

This was my second visit to the city and my second overnight stay at this hotel. It took at least 20 minutes just to check in, and my room wasn’t cleaned or tidied. When I tried to speak with the manager, he wouldn’t see me. At reception there was only one inexperienced, poorly trained receptionist, who dealt with other guests first. I then waited 30 minutes to formally complain that my room hadn’t been cleaned or put in order. Check-out took another 15 minutes. The location is good, but the hospitality and hotel services were poor and need to improve. If they don’t, I’m sure there will be more complaints like mine.
