Great.

The place is well located, affordable, and clean, but the way things were handled was deeply unprofessional. We were 10 people in three cars, and I'd made it clear we could only book if there were three parking spots. We agreed one car would park at this guesthouse and the other two at another one. When we arrived, the attendant said there was no parking here. I showed her the messages with the other attendant, but she just kept saying there wasn't any, until two spots turned up at the other guesthouse. She could have simply explained that it was next door, but she wouldn't talk it through. We wondered if we'd have to pay for an Uber to get back. Parking the two cars we had left was another hassle. The other couple had chosen an apartment, and the person in charge there wanted my husband to park somewhere he wouldn't be able to get out. She also asked another guest to move his car, saying only one car was allowed per room. We offered to block each other's exits so he could park, which meant moving another car, but the women wouldn't discuss it. They looked annoyed, and I heard them mocking us and the other guests. We felt embarrassed. At first, I liked the room and told my friends it seemed worth it, in a good location and clean. Later, we came back to find the power out and the room extremely hot. This time the attendant was polite, apologized, and said they were trying to reach a technician. The issue was fixed in the morning, but the heat overnight kept us from resting. Then, with the room locked and all of us asleep, someone opened the door with a key. We all jumped up. The woman said she thought nobody was inside and wanted to know if we'd found something. By then, everyone was up and ready to leave, so we left. The staff need to communicate with guests and respect their space. Assuming a room is empty doesn't give employees the right to enter and look for something. There was a serious lack of professionalism and respect.

I stayed there on the 30th and 31st, until noon. The service was awful, and the receptionist wanted me to pay before I could see the room. It was fairly clean, but the towels and bedding were old. The outlets barely worked, there was noise from next door, and the place had no security or parking. It's beside the airport but far from the beach. The shared bathroom was dirty. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's free, and even then, bring your own sheets.

For the price, this is a fair, simple, functional place to stay. It's organized, and the shared bathrooms were always very clean. The staff are kind and helpful. There are no employees after 10 pm, but WhatsApp support is available around the clock. It's near the airport, with a restaurant and bakery close by.
