After I asked for a pillow at 9 a.m., I got it at 10:44 p.m., nearly 14 hours later, and only after a big argument. I was first put on the seventh floor, which was under construction. Dust came in under the door, there was mud at the entrance to the room, and it was extremely loud. They eventually moved me to the ninth floor, where nothing worked either. There were roaches and bugs everywhere. The showers had no hot water even after I changed rooms, and the toilet didn't work unless you poured water into the tank with a hose. Nobody should stay in this nasty place. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

This was probably one of the worst hotels we've stayed in. The place is falling apart, the rooms are dirty, and the AC didn't work properly. Even the shower knobs had come off. I'd avoid it.
