Great!!!

Terrible. When the tide comes in, the street in front floods, and that same street loses power while the next street over stays fine. The building is badly managed: both elevators are out of order, and when the water isn’t cut off, it comes out of the taps muddy. There’s nothing here besides a lousy rooftop pool that’s been empty for a year because work on it never finishes. The person who “represents” the building isn’t always around and doesn’t even live here. Thinking of moving to Boa Viagem? Look at apartments in other buildings so you don’t regret it.

I rented this place to live in and completely regret it. They rent units to short-term guests, so the building is no longer really residential and the permanent tenants can’t get any peace. It’s a problem for people staying long term. I don’t recommend it for a long stay.

It’s a good place to stay in Recife. One thing, though: the owners should press the city to fix the street, which is full of potholes.
