The homemade breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the pool was clean and lovely. Service was very good too, from housekeeping and reception to the quick room service support. We stayed in the Opala bungalow, a beautiful, cozy, clean spot that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The farm-style inn suits the region and is conveniently close to the center of Mauá. I'd definitely come back.

We make a point of coming every year because it's so cozy. The owner always welcomes us warmly and is caring and helpful. Maria Olívia gave us especially lovely service, and breakfast was delicious. We'll be back many more times.

The place is very basic, and nowhere near as luxurious as the photos might suggest. It also looks much more run-down than the pictures, close to feeling neglected. I rented the Ônix chalet, but the sheets were too short for its queen-size mattress. Breakfast was extremely limited. We had to ask for butter because only a tiny piece was left on the table, and they brought just four cheese breads for a couple. When we asked for more, there wasn't any ready, so we had to wait for another batch to bake. On our last day we ordered pizza delivery and asked for plates and cutlery, but they brought dessert plates. You have to fend for yourself when it comes to food, and the clientele fits the simple nature of the place. If you're demanding, don't go.
