We were just passing through the state and, since it was late, decided to stay the night. That ended as soon as we saw several cockroaches in the suite and heard the very loud air conditioning. I called reception to say we wouldn’t stay, but the receptionist kept saying she didn’t understand. I said I’d leave the key at the door, and we headed out. She wouldn’t let us leave and said we had to pay 80 reais to get out. I refused because I’d only opened and closed the door and hadn’t used anything. After I threatened to call the police and kept insisting, she finally opened the gate and told me not to come back. It felt like she was trying to extort money from us. If she hadn’t let us out, I swear I would have knocked the gate down. A terrible experience.

The Presidential Suite is a real showstopper, I recommend going for it. The place is extremely clean and well organized, and the service gets a thousand out of a thousand from me. Chicest place I’ve seen in the region.

The place itself is really good, but the service is awful. The guy had no sense and zero manners.

The food was delicious, and the Presidential Suite was delicious too, hard to put into words. The place was clean and really cozy.

The service was awful. They wouldn’t explain the bill amount, and the person was incredibly rude.
