The staff were very nice throughout, from check-in to parking and the restaurant. The rooms are very large, but old and not very clean, with mold around all the bathroom fixtures. The beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast has a huge range of options, though the quality is nothing special. The fruit and juices are the best.

Compared with many hotels in Brazil, this place is quite nice. The rooms are spacious, and breakfast is very good, with omelets cooked to order. There's a pleasant neighborhood around it, with restaurants within walking distance. Recommended.

The internet was stable and very fast compared with most other hotels I've stayed at in Brazil. Cable TV has English-language options, which made things more comfortable. It's a well-located hotel with great amenities, spacious rooms and nice city views. The service is top class.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast had a wide selection, especially the juices. The bed could be softer, and the toilet is rather small for most Americans.
