Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention

The hotel suited the purpose of my trip well, and it's new, with nice amenities. The room seemed a bit worn and wasn't well maintained. Also, the air conditioning couldn't cool it quickly enough for me to feel comfortable.

The hotel is new and looks beautiful, and I had a spacious, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good too. Parking at the hotel costs extra, which was the downside. I didn't eat dinner there, but there are lots of restaurants nearby. I really recommend Mousse Cake, and if you like ice cream, try Cremoso.

Gustavo Viescas President, Latin America and the Caribbean Mr. Viescas, I'm writing because I was very disappointed by my recent stay at the Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention Hotel in Brazil. I'm a Wyndham Rewards member and have generally valued the amenities and service at Wyndham hotels around the world, but this stay fell well short of what I've come to expect. My colleagues and I arrived at midnight on March 26, 2025, for a business trip. None of our rooms had hot water, and the air conditioning controls in my room weren't working properly. I couldn't take a hot shower, and the split unit blew cold air straight over my head while I tried to sleep. The next morning, the hot water still wasn't working, so I had to take a cold shower before an important business meeting. The same happened to the other four people in my party. When we raised this with reception, the staff seemed completely indifferent and didn't apologize. I said we shouldn't have to pay for basic services we hadn't received, but our concerns were brushed aside. As a frequent traveler and customer, I was deeply disappointed by both the lack of basic amenities and the staff's attitude. This was unacceptable and, in my view, a clear departure from the standards Wyndham is known for. I'm requesting a full refund for what I paid for the stay. I've attached the bill for reference. I hope you'll address this and take steps to prevent it happening again. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were clean and organized, and the staff were helpful. I have allergies, and I don't think people like me will have a problem here.
