6/10
The price is fair for what they offer. We had two issues during our stay: the TV in our room didn't work properly, and a room or part of the floor was under maintenance. There was a lot of noise early in the morning, with hammering, drilling, and people talking loudly.

2/10
The location is good, but the cleanliness was really poor. We were given two different rooms: the sink was dirty in the first, and the floor was dirty in the second. There was no TV remote, and after I complained, they forgot to bring one. Never again!

It's right in the center of town, but the rooms are old and need renovating. There were dirty marks on the walls, and the bathroom needs maintenance. The sink had no hot water, and there were no drinking glasses in the room. They need to take better care of guests.

4/10
The breakfast was a good point, but the facilities and service were poor. I wouldn't give much thought to staying here and could suggest finding another place. There's no garage space for all the cars, so some may have to park on the street.

The service was respectful, and I liked the room. Everything went well.
