The men at reception were very polite and did their best to communicate in English. The rooms weren’t bad, and breakfast was normal, but the food was really bad overall. I paid double or triple the usual price because of the trade fair, according to my colleagues. I was staying for Agrishow and I’m not from Brazil, so I speak English. I asked a woman at reception how to get internet in the restaurant. She said in English, “I don’t speak English.” I tried saying “Internet, Restaurant” and pointed to the restaurant beside the desk. She didn’t even look at me, just started talking to another man as if I wasn’t there. Either don’t accept international guests, or try to communicate, maybe with Google Translate. In general, I don’t recommend this hotel.

The coffee break had lots of options and was pretty good. I was there for a professional event, and the facilities were fine. The room was comfortable.

The room and room service were good, though the price was high. Breakfast was okay, but I was disappointed by the meals. Most of the menu tasted like cardboard.

There was no English spoken, and the service was limited for the fairly high price. We had friends staying at Mecure, mont black and garden hotel, and they all had a better experience and English-speaking staff.
