For an overnight stop, it works. The rooms are plain and on the small side, though dark enough for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was limited and cold, and the parking is outside. The downtown location stays quiet at night, but the area also felt a little dangerous.

The breakfast was extremely poor: hard rolls, cold scrambled eggs and sausage in sauce sitting in an electric chafing dish, powdered juices, and just one fruit option. When I complained about the food temperature, the two people in the American-style kitchen smiled and gave me an automatic-sounding “help yourself.” My room had a box fixed to the wall instead of a wardrobe, a chair in the corner, and a dented, bent aluminum bathroom door. The toilet had no seat. A spring in the mattress tore through the fabric in the middle of the bed and scratched my skin. The air conditioner’s outdoor unit was right above the aluminum window, which did very little to block its noise. Google lists this as a three-star hotel, but I don't think it comes close. I won't be back.
