We were completely unhappy with this stay, especially after bringing 10 guests. The pool was being demolished, with jackhammer noise all day, and our largest room was right beside the work. Nobody warned us. They took just 25 Rials off the 395 Rial charge, which felt ridiculous, and the prices were around 25% above what was advertised. The rooms are all small and dark. Staff were fine and the place was clean, though I was still waiting for our room to be cleaned at 2:30 pm after calling about it.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, and the staff were warm and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had what we needed, so the stay was pleasant.

10/10
Breakfast was delicious and served in a very well-kept area, and the pool space felt cozy. Our room was large and practical, with a roomy, comfortable bed, good TV, and air conditioning. Booking was handled efficiently, and the kindness of the service was a real plus. Well worth the stay.

The food, breakfast included, was excellent. The rooms were fine and had air conditioning, and the location works very well for events near USP.

Getting any sleep on weekends is impossible. An open-air nightclub just over the Pousada's wall blasts techno and low-quality Brazilian pop through the night, often until after 5:00 am.
