The staff made the stay for me. Everyone at reception was kind and professional, payments were easy, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. I stayed at Inácio Palace for five nights and was very happy with it. It’s also in a great spot, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, museums, street food vendors, cafés, and a nearby churrascaria that stays open late. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s clean, comfortable, and practical. The showers worked well and the rooms were cleaned. A few spots could use maintenance, but the place felt safe and well looked after. Adding two nights to my original three-night booking was confusing to arrange at reception, though it was easy through Booking.com. I’d happily stay here again.

It’s convenient for the central amenities and decent value for the money. The room was a little small, and its window faced a wall. Breakfast was good, and the staff were kind.

The parking is spacious and secure, though its entrance is around the corner, so it’s a bit of a walk if you’re carrying lots of luggage. Breakfast was pretty good. The woman at reception was okay, but could have been more welcoming. There are some sketchy people around the hotel.
