Alex Sandro

This was one of the worst stays of my life. The rooms had grimy walls, ants in the beds, and bloody sheets, and the pool was dirty with murky water. The manager's service was worst of all: they were extremely rude to guests and employees. When we tried to flush the toilet, the already precarious installation broke. The hotel blamed us and told us to “flush lightly.” Even the owner of the bar next door knows that staying there is terrible. Breakfast was the only thing that was okay, but it wasn't worth it. They didn't even provide soap. When we checked out, we asked whether we could get a refund for the days we wouldn't be staying, and the manager yelled at the employee over the phone. We won't be back.
