The sand is too soft to get there by motorcycle, so you have to walk. There are lots of mosquitoes, and you need to watch out for snakes.

The trail takes about 15 minutes on average. It runs through restinga vegetation, which gives the place an incredible view. Getting to the trail is easy: it's alongside Rodovia Amaral Peixoto, just before the entrance to fazenda Itapebussus. You can only go on foot.

I love this trail and always take the chance to photograph nature. Today we walked it in 40 minutes, while biking takes 20. It's a good idea to bring water and wear a hat. Once you reach the beach, the view is beautiful, and there's also a warm saltwater lagoon. Definitely worth visiting!

The walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes along a flat, easy trail, and the beach is fantastic. You could bring children along. The path is clean, and being surrounded by nature makes it feel peaceful and meditative, with fresh air and quiet all around. Just take your trash with you.
