There are restaurants and useful shops right inside Bora Bora Barra da Tijuca, so it’s convenient to get what you need on foot. The community feels self-contained and comfortable. I also found it safe and well organized, with visible security and controlled access that gives peace of mind whether you’re visiting or staying longer.

The restaurants were just okay, with expensive food that tasted alright. The pool, though, is really good and big, and the bowling course is fun and cheap to play.
