An incredible residential building, with great facilities and a view of Ipanema beach.

The Guinle is a sensational condominium, and we're about to launch an investment development right nearby. The units range from 39m² to 88m², with spectacular views of the sea and lagoon. Get ahead and ask for more information. Sales executive Fernando Batista, (21) 96459-8047.

Like a beautiful castle in the center of Ipanema, with first-rate service.

The noise made it impossible to rest. Renovations were going on in the apartment next door from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and we weren't told about them when we booked. The staff were very attentive, especially Mrs. Vera, who was lovely, respectful, and always looking after what we needed. My sincere thanks to her.
