The place has all the conveniences, even a beach umbrella and loungers, and it’s in a good location. But it feels poorly maintained: there’s damp all over the living room walls, mold in the bathroom, and the sofa and cushions are dirty enough that I didn’t want to touch them. The mattress sinks in the middle and isn’t very comfortable. There were also ants or bugs in the kitchen, going from the cooktop to the breakfast bar, which is the only place to sit and eat.

Everything was clean, cared for, and organized. The apartment was just perfect and immaculate, nothing but praise. Whenever I go to Rio, I’ll stay there.

Comfortable and cosy place, though the building felt a bit strange!
