The service was terrible. The day before I was due to arrive, the owner, Wallace, told me to cancel because he’d given my room to someone else. I’d booked through hostelworld and paid a fee of almost 20 Euros to confirm the reservation. He said he’d tried to reach me, but he hadn’t contacted me until the day before I was supposed to arrive.
