Great.

The place is beautiful, with a wonderful view and a huge pool. It has a cozy, family feel. sr Arnoud gave magnificent service, and Dona Dalva was wonderful too. There’s parking. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, but that’s clearly explained on the booking apps.

There’s a lot of potential here, with good space and a privileged view, but the lack of care is obvious. If you’re taking guests, at least the basics should be done well. I don’t think people come back after staying once. The photos on the booking sites aren’t current. The common areas have rustic furniture that hasn’t been maintained. The cups and cutlery are old, and the sofa in the room with the only TV is unusable because it smells strongly of cat urine. In the games room, the foosball players practically come off in your hand because they’re so old. My room had no wardrobe or even a clothes rack. The curtain looked like it belonged in an abandoned house, which is absurd for such an easy thing to replace, and the walls were stained. The shower stall was very small, and bits of grout left over from some repair were just sitting on the bathroom floor collecting dirt. The kitchen is available to guests, but the fridge that should be white is brown, and the water dispenser looks the same. Some window panes were missing, and they’d put pot lids there instead. That might sound made up or exaggerated, but it isn’t. If you’re willing to pay R$ 300 a night, you can see for yourself, lol. Breakfast was very basic, with stale bread and cake that was already days old.

A lovely place for a quiet weekend, with gorgeous mangrove views, a warm welcome, a beautiful pool and a filling breakfast. The region’s prettiest beaches are easy to reach, with some accessible on foot and others by car.
