The place looks beautiful on the website, but once you arrive, you start to realize they take better care of the photos. My mother stayed there for a month in January 2024, and it was a disappointment. The dining room air conditioning was broken for three full weeks, and the taps in all three bathrooms still didn’t work. So if a visitor uses the bathroom, they leave with dirty hands and can contaminate whatever they touch. I visited my mother every Sunday, when there were fewer staff on duty. One Sunday, an employee loudly complained that people kept asking her for things, using an obscene gesture by slapping an open hand against her closed fist. The bread at breakfast and afternoon snack only had butter on one side. My mother asked them to switch to French rolls because the bread they served was always a soft, slightly sweet loaf. We paid R$6.500,00 for her to spend January in a double room with another woman. They never let us see her room. Transparency matters in any business. My siblings and I still feel guilty for placing our frail mother in a place like that.

I’m very disappointed with this care home. After my mother passed away, I went to collect her belongings and the manager GISELA treated me with contempt. I had told her I was coming and what I needed to pick up, but she left me waiting for over an hour before saying, “I’ll send it by UBER FLEX.” It’s been more than eight days now, and I’m still hoping she sends what I asked for. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s disorganized and poorly managed.

My mother says this feels like an extension of her own home, and I can see why. I have peace of mind knowing she’s being well cared for, and the nursing team is wonderful. Manager Gisele welcomed and treated me so well. Congratulations to everyone for the care and love my mother receives. Giselle, you’re an incredible person, thank you for all your kindness.
